Due to the perishable nature of our floral arrangements, they are delivered in Mexico City and metropolitan area.
For the interior of the Republic we suggest our beautiful and fine artificial arrangements, our Crabtree & Evelyn English perfumery products or our gourmet baskets with wines and spirits. Ask our specialists for special suggestions for every occasion.
The prices of our products include VAT.
The cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
The gifts that you find in our catalogue or on our website may be subject to changes in the products that compose them when a product is sold out or to guarantee the freshness and quality of our arrangements. In this case they will always be replaced by a similar or higher value product.
Orders will be delivered once payment, date and place of delivery have been agreed.
Deliveries are scheduled by schedule and agreed routes as close to your delivery time as possible.
Our delivery times are: 8 am to 8 pm. If the order is received before 1:00 pm it will be delivered the same day (Monday to Friday). We deliver on Saturdays and Sundays with scheduled hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with a special cost.
For orders with special delivery times we suggest to call us at least 3 working days in advance.
The delivery charge includes one delivery attempt. In case of not finding the recipient after two attempts we will apply the charge, as in this case it is not our company's responsibility.
We do not deliver in public places such as car parks or on the street. We only deliver to pre-arranged addresses.
